At Vivienne Auth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and packaging are intact and included
  • The item has not been altered, resized, or repaired
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or show signs of wear
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or documentation
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship the item back using a tracked and insured service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
